Those who give back to their communities are heroes, it really does take a community to make a community. Everyone can and should give back in some way. We want to give a shout out to those who support Care Moses Lake and in turn help out other non-profits in our Moses Lake, WA community.
Care Sacks is fortunate to be the recipient of Moses Lake Grocery Outlet’s “Independence from Hunger” fundraiser held every July. The USDA reports that one in every nine Americans experiences food insecurity and 38.1 million Americans were reported as living at or below the poverty level in 2018 (September 2019). Our local Grocery Outlet and owners, Paul & Kris Emerson, hope to combat food insecurity and support families in our community.
